누리과정 예술경험을 기반으로 한 참여형 교사연수 경험에 대한 연구

A study of participatory teacher training experience based on the artistic experiences of Nuri curriculum - Focusing on creative teaching efficacy and experience of child care teachers

본 연구는 누리과정 예술경험을 기반으로 한 참여형 교사연수에 참여한 보육교사들의 창의적 교수효능감의 변화를 실험연구를 통해 알아보고, 질적연구를 통해 그들의 경험을 심층적으로 살펴보았다. 첫째, 참여형 교사연수에 참여한 만 5세 보육교사 60명을 실험집단으로 하여 교수효능감 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하였고, 한 달 후에 48명을 대상으로 추후검사를 실시하였다. 둘째, 참여형 교사연수에 참여한 만 5세 보육교사 10명을 대상으로 비구조화된 질문지를 통하여 5명씩 소그룹으로 나눠 사전, 사후에 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 추후에는 개별면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 양적 연구에서의 창의적 교수효능감은 사전에 비해 사후에 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 추후는 사전에 비해 향상되었지만, 사후에 비해서는 다소 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 질적 연구에서는 참여형 교사연수에 대한 이해와 인식, 참여형 교사연수를 통해 느낀 예술경험의 진정한 가치들, 반성적 사고와 교수효능감의 변화가 탐색되었다.

This study examined the changes of teaching efficacy of child care teachers who participated in participatory teacher training based on creativity and the artistic experience areas of Nuri curriculum through the experimental research. And it also examined their experiences in depth through the qualitative research. First, A pre-test and post-test for teaching efficacy were conducted with 60 child care teachers taking care of 5-year-old children of experimental group who participated in participatory teacher training. And a month later, follow-up test called subsequent examination was conducted with 48 teachers of experimental and a month after the end of the program, a follow-up test was conducted with 48 teachers who took part in the program. Second, Pre and Post focus group interviews using unstructured questionnaires were conducted for 10 child care teachers who participated in the participatory teacher training. 10 teachers were divided into small groups of five, and the follow-up test was conducted by individual interviews. As a result of the study, the creative teaching efficacy in the quantitative study was improved in post-test compared to pre-test. The creative teaching efficacy of the follow-up test was improved compared to the pre-test, but slightly lower than the post-test. In qualitative research, the understanding and perception of participatory teacher training, the true value of artistic experiences, the reflective thinking and changes in teaching efficacy were explored.
