This paper intends to evaluate the level of global competitiveness on 19 northeast asian major cities which have attempted to become global cities, by estimating ‘competitiveness index focuses on internationalization’ using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method on weight of the each variable. The results are as follows: the Chinese cities showed higher scores than those of Korea thanks to good score on growth condition and international circumstances.
