A Comparative Study on Innovation Strategies of SMEs in Korea and China

본 연구는 한국과 중국에 있는 중소기업들의 창의적인 전략을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 혁신, 자본 및 직원들에게 영향을 미치는 요소들중에서 특히 혁신능력을 다루고 있다. 양국의 중소기업혁신능력에 관한 자료는 중국통계연감 에 나오는 자료와 한국중소기업청 웹사이트자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 양국간의 혁신수행과 기술적 활동을 비교하여 양국의 혁신능력을 개선시키기위한 몇가지 전망과 교훈을 제시하였다.
