Therefore, It is necessary for the robust development of Chinese venture capital that groping of various sources of investment fund besides government sector, upbringing of specialist who have general knowledge and adventurous spirit on the venture capital, establishment of efficient withdrawal path of investment capital, specialization of intermediation institute and makeup of overall law environment to aid development of venture industry.
