중국이 체결한 FTA 무역구제제도 비교고찰

A Comparison Study of FTA Trade Remedy System signed by China

한국과 중국은 작년 5월 2일 FTA 협상 개시를 공식 선언했고, 9월 14일에는 앞으로양국 간 FTA 협상에 속도를 내기로 합의하였다. FTA의 순조로운 타결을 위해 많은 연구가 선행되어야 하는데 무역구제제도는 그 중의 하나이다. 이 논문에서는 중국이 기체결한 FTA 무역구제제도에 대하여 비교법적으로 고찰하였다. 중국은 2001년 WTO 가입 이후 본격적으로 지역일체화전략을 구사하여 지금까지 19개 국가 및 지역과 10건의 FTA를 체결하였다.

Korea and China have decided to launch a FTA negotiation between twocountries on May 2nd last year, and both countries have agreed to accelerate theprocess of the negotiation on August 14th. In order to ensure a smooth transition,many researches need to be done such as trade remedy system. In this paper, comparison study was made for the FTA trade remedy system thatwas already signed by China. Ever since 2001, China has become the member ofWTO which resulted in China signing 10 FTA agreements with various 19 countriesand regions.
