The research is designed to offer reference for the government’s establishment and implementation of rental housing policies and to seek suggestions that both lessor and tenant can agree and co-exist in economic and social perspective, by analyzing the adequacy of housing satisfaction and sale prices in rent to ownership conversion through a direct survey of residents who have owned 10-year rental apartments. The study found that middle-aged people in their 40s or older, self-employed, non-regular workers, and those without jobs, relatively economically vulnerable with less than 3 million won in income, mostly reside in 10-year rental apartments. The satisfaction degree of Purchaser was found to be unsatisfactory overall, with the value of less than standard value 3 on the five-point scale of the Likert type. compared to size of the facility satisfaction and environmental satisfaction, residential and community satisfaction were relatively high. The reason for the acquisition rental apartments was the opportunity to prepare a home and the convenience of transportation, and 72.5% of the them were satisfied with the rent to ownership conversion price. Multi-regression analysis has shown that the adequacy of the sale price increases with the increase in the satisfaction of the size of the facility, and lower with the increases the satisfaction of the residential environment and community.
