This study investigates the personality, resilience, and subjective well-being of beauty college students and analyzes the effects of related factors on the personality of beauty college students. Self-report questionnaires were distributed and collected from 376 beauty college students from three colleges located in D and B metropolitan cities. To analyze the data, the commercial statistical software package SPSS/WIN 18.0 was used. The average scores for personality, resilience, and subjective well-being were 3.51, 3.34, and 16.38, respectively. As a result of analyzing the influence of factors related to personality, personality had a positive correlation with resilience (r=.68, p<.001) and subjective well-being (r=.62, p<.001). The factors associated with personality were resilience (β=.45, p<.001), subjective well-being (β=.39 p<.001). From this study, it was confirmed that resilience and subjective well-being were related to the improvement of personality. It is expected that these findings will be useful for developing educational programs to foster personality for beauty college students.
