Influencing Factors of Quality of Life Among Disabled Persons Having Stroke Disorder

본 연구는 뇌졸중 장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 2017년 장애인 실태조사 원시자료를 이용하여 뇌졸중 장애인 379명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계와 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석이 이용되었다. 뇌졸중 장애인의 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 일반적 특성, 질병 관련 특성, 심리적 특성을 분석하였다. 뇌졸중 장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령, 가구소득, 장애 발생 시 연령, 통증으로 인한 와병일수, 기본적 일상생활수행능력(ADL), 도구적 일상생활수행능력(IADL), 지각된 스트레스, 주관적 건강상태, 자살시도, 가족과의 관계가 있었으며, 회귀분석의 설명력은 76% 이었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 뇌졸중 장애인의 삶의 질 영향요인을 고려하여 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 교육적 모색과 그에 따른 중재 전략을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of the study was to explore the influencing factors of quality of life among disabled persons who had a stroke. The data analysis of 379 with disabled person who had a stroke has been carried out using the 2017 Census for Disabled carried out by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression. This study has analyzed quality of life among disabled persons having stroke disorder depending on demographic factors, disease-related factors and psychological factors to identify the inflencing factors of quality of life among disabled persons who had a stroke. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. Influencing factors of age, family income, age on disorder, number of painful days, ADL, IADL, perceived stress, subjective health status, suicidal attempt, relationship with family explained 75.7% of the total variance of quality of life. The findings suggest that healthcare providers should be considered to these factors when developing intervention strategies to increase quality of life for the disabled persons with stroke.
