수정된 IPA분석을 활용한 노인여가 정책개선 방안 연구

A Study on the Improvement of Elderly Leisure Policy using the Revised IPA Analysis

The number of elderly in Korea continues to increase, resulting in a number of problems. The problems faced by these elderly people can be solved in part through leisure policy. Based on the awareness of leisure policies of the elderly, this study aims to find the priorities of leisure policies to improve the policies. For achieving the goal, Revised Importance-Peformance analysis was conducted using the National Leisure Activity Survey 2019 data. Based on the result, the improvement direction for was proposed base on the Revised IPA matrix. Especially, the result were derived that the most focus should be on ‘improving leisure-related laws and systems’. More theoretical and practical implication were discussed in the conclusion section.
