The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of e-learning blended learning using images and simulation images to motivate students interest in vocational training schools and specialized high schools. In this study, students selected rectifier circuit and pie-type filter circuit among direct-current power circuits in electrical and electronic circuits as a training course to produce blended learning materials based on Internet service. High school learning and questions were applied. The results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows. First, specialized high school learners felt the need to mix different media in traditional learning than vocational training school learners based on the degree of difficulty, the interest and motivation of learning, and the familiar media. The effectiveness of the study improved for vocational training school learners more than specialized high school learners. Second, specialized high school learners were surveyed with less concentration in e-learning classes than vocational training school learners.
