The integrated approach instigated as follow: analysis of FM/AM (Facilities Management/Asset Management) systems at Sydney Opera House, analysis of state-of-the-art digital facility models, and a showcase of the Sydney Opera House Digital Modelling BIM. It aims to achieve integrated FM platform and system that will possibly have a direct benefit role for the asset and facility planning and operations, capital improvements, and committed work. The finding suggests that the common operational picture for current and strategic planning to improve reliability and synchronization of data, and a interoperation platform, as well as delivery and management of built assets.
