우리나라 수출입 전자 제조기업의 공급체인관리 역량과 재무적 성과에 관한 실증연구

An Empirical Study on the Supply Chain Management Capacity and Financial Performance of Electronic Manufacturing Companies in Korea - Focusing on Mediating Effect of Production Management Capability

최근 글로벌 무역 패러다임의 변화와 함께 국내 수출입 전자 제조기업의 공급체인관리(Supply Chain Management)의 중요성이 대두되고, SCM 역량과 공정혁신을 도와주는 생산관리역량 강화에도 전례 없는 노력을 필요로 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 실질적으로 SCM 역량 및 생산관리 역량이 기업의 재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 150곳의 국내 수출입 전자 제조기업을 대상으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 회수된 226부를 바탕으로 실증분석을 진행한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출 하였다. 기업의 프로세스혁신 역량 및 재고관리 역량은 생산관리역량에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며 생산관리역량은 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

With the recent change in the global trade paradigm, the importance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) of domestic electronic manufacturing companies has been enhanced as well as SCM capabilities and production management capability of manufacturing companies. Accordingly, this study aims to find out how the SCM capacity and production management capabilities actually affect the corporate performance. For empirical analysis, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to 150 domestic import and export electronic manufacturing companies, and analysis was conducted based on 226 questionnaires, and the following results were obtained. It was confirmed that the company’s process innovation capability and inventory management capability, and the production management capability had a positive effect on the financial performance of the company. In the future research, research on the effect of information technology competence on the financial performance and production management competency of the company is needed depending on the financial scale.
