무역원활화를 위한 일본의 데이터 네트워크와 인증에 관한 연구

A Study on Data Networks and Authentication for Active Trading in Japan - User-Oriented Speculation

본 연구에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 문제점을 일본의 사례를 들어 도출하고 이를 기반으로 활성화 방안을 주요 연구 목적으로 하였다. 세부적인 연구과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그 동안 연구해 왔던 선행연구를 토대로 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 개념을 정립하고 특징 및 문제점 등을 체계화 하는데 목적이 있다. 둘째, 데이터 네트워크와 인증 등이 활성화 되지 못한 현실적인 문제점을 파악하기 위해 내외부적 원인을 일본의 사례를 통해 도출하고 주된 문제점을 파악하여 데이터 네트워크와 인증의 활성화 방안과 향후과제를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 셋째, 안전한 데이터 네트워크와 인증 등을 활성화시키기 위해 수출입절차에서 중요한 효과적인 방안을 강구하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따른, 글로벌 경쟁력 제고와 활성화에 있어 본 논문이 기여를 하고자 한다.

This study identified problems in data networks and authorization from Japanese cases, aiming for the development of strategies to deal with the problems found based on the results. Specific tasks to deal with are presented as follows: First, based on previous studies, this study organizes the concepts of a data network and Authentication, their characteristics and related problems. Second, in order to identify problems relating to inactive data networks and authorization systems, this study found internal and external causes from Japanese cases and the main problems in order to develop strategies for the active use of data networks and Authentication systems and further tasks that need to be addressed. Third, to make safe data networks and Authentication available, this study is to develop effective plans for export and import procedures, and the results are expected to contribute to higher global competitive power.
