The Empirical Analyses of Equities Incentive Affect the Value of Listed Companies in China

Equity incentive as a kind of incentive constraint mechanism, recognized by a lot of abroad and at home, attaches great importance to the reference by each big company. In this paper, with the implementation of equities incentive of listed companies in China as the research object, select some of the implementation of equity incentive listed companies in 2011 and some of listed company that failure to work as sample , research part of the financial indicators of the sample companies in 2012 and 2013,through the analysis to find the relationship between the equities incentive and the company value creation, through further analysis found holdings that can promote the value of the company to create equity. The study found that there are big differences between the results with the foreign research results, so need to be further perfected.
