Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation and problems of electronic commerce logistics management in China from the practical point of view, and to put forward some suggestions to optimize electronic commerce logistics so as to improve the logistics management level of e-commerce platform enterprises. Design/methodology/approach The method of combining logical exposition with induction summary was adopted in the study. This paper summarizes and summarizes the advanced experience of Chinese E-commerce logistics, and analyzes the present situation of E-commerce logistics. Findings Through research, we have found the following results: First, E-commerce platforms can improve customer satisfaction by choosing the optimal logistics model and solving distributional problems, and so on. Second, if necessary, e-commerce platform enterprises need to work with third-party logistics enterprises with advanced management experience and core technology to solve problems in E-commerce transactions. Research implications or Originality This paper introduces and analyzes the logistics cooperation and operation of advanced third party logistics enterprises and E-commerce platforms in detail from China s practical point of view. It is the important significance of this paper to explore the logistics model of E-commerce trading platform in order to link theory with practice.
