지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스가 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과를 통해 우울에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Job Stress of Community Child Center Workers on Depression through the Mediating Effect of Professional Identity -Comparison of Center Children’s Psychiatry experience and unused groups

본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스가 전문직업적 정체성을 매개로 우울에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이 경로에서 센터 아동의 정신과 이용 경험유 무 집단 간 차이가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지역아동센터-정신건강복지센터 연계활성화를 위한 네트워크사업을 수행하기 위하여 실시되었던설문지 397부를 2차 분석자료로 활용하였다. 분석방법은 매개효과 검증 및 다중집단분석을 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스는 전문직업적 정체성을 매개로 우울에영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 센터 아동의정신과 이용 경험 유 무 집단 간에 연구모형의 경로계수 차이가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 지역아동센터의 서비스 질 향상과 종사자의 정신건강 증진을 위한 실천 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of job stress of community child center workers on depression through their professional identity, and to examine whether there is a difference between the psychiatric use and unuse experience group. For this purpose, 397 questionnaires, which was conducted for the network project to activate the link between community child centers and mental health welfare centers in the metropolitan city, were used as secondary analysis data. The analysis method utilized the structural equation model for verification of the mediating effect and multiple group analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the job stress of community child center workers was found to effect depression through the mediating of professional identity, and the partial mediating effect was verified. Second, the difference in the path coefficients of the research model were found between the groups use or unuse of psychiatry. Based on the results of this study, we discuss ways to improve the quality of service of community child centers and improve mental health of workers.
