Some analogies of the ancient Siberia art in petroglyphs of Korea

  • 2

The article refers to stone drawings of Siberia and the Far East of Russia. A wide range of information is given on the petroglyphs of their location in Siberia, the main motives. I explained what the drawings mean and what local people and legends say about them. The places around Baikal are full of sacred places with drawings on the rocks - Cape Sagan-Zaba, Aya Bay and others. The article also provides a comparative analysis of rock paintings in Korea and Western Siberia. They are similar in plot and execution. This suggests a possible single source of settlement of the ancient population of the Korean Peninsula and the territory around Lake Baikal.
