간호대학생이 인지한 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향

Influence of Authentic Leadership of Preceptor and Emotional Intelligence on Satisfaction with Clinical Practice of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생이 인지한 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D시의 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 학생 183명이다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석, Pearson 상관분석과 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 임상실습만족도를 32.1% 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 프리셉터의 진성리더십을 높이기 위한 노력과 더불어 감성지능을 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

This descriptive study investigated the effects of authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence on satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students. The participants were 183 nursing students in D city. Data were collected from September 1 to 30, 2019. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 24.0 program. The regression model that included age, authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence explained about 32.1% of satisfaction for clinical practice. Authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence were an important predictor of the satisfaction of clinical practice for nursing students. Therefore, strategics to improve authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence of nursing students are needed to increase satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students.
