사후층화를 이용한 확률화응답자료의 무응답 편향 추정

Estimation for Nonresponse Bias of Randomized Response Data using Post-stratification

일반적으로 조사에서 완전한 응답을 가정하지만, 실제적으로 완전한 응답을 얻기란 매우 어렵다. 특별히 민감한 사항에 대해 개인의 사생활보호와 응답편향을 줄이기 위해 직접직질문방식보다 확률화응답기법과 같은 간접질문방식을 이용할 수 있다. 이때 전형적인 확률화응답기법의 경우 진실된 응답을 하며, 완전응답의 가정 하에서 이론을 전개하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 확률화응답 자료의 분석에 무응답이 존재하는 경우를 가정하여 무응답 편향을 사후층화 기법으로 추정하여 그 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 모집단의 크기와 모비율을 가정한 모의실험을 통해 편향의 크기를 추정하고, 편향의 효과를 분석하였다.

In general, we assume the complete response in survey analysis, but it is very difficult to obtain the complete response practically. Especially we can use an indirect question method such as randomized response technique(RRT) to protect an individual privacy and to reduce response bias for having sensitive characteristics rather than direct question method. In the case of typical RRT we develop the theory of RRT under the assumption of the truthful response and complete response. In this paper, we assume that there is nonresponse in survey procedure, and then we estimate the nonrespnse bias using the poststratification, and we consider the effect of nonresponse bias in RRT. To do this we estimate the size of nonresponse bias through the simulation study by assumption about a population size and proportion and analyze the effect of nonresponse bias.
