운동프로그램이 폐경기 여성의 심리적 건강과 대사증후군 위험요인 및 신체구성에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Exercise Program on the Psychological Health and Metabolism Syndrome Risk Factors and Body Composition in Menopausal Women

본 연구는 운동프로그램이 폐경기 여성들의 폐경기로 인한 심리적 변화와 스트레스 호르몬, 심혈관계 위험요인의 군집인 대사성 증후군의 위험요인, LDH, Total cholesterol, 체지방율 및 혈관 탄성도에 미치는 효과를 검정하기 위해 시도된 단일군 반복측정 실험연구이다. 자료 수집은 2007년 6월 25일부터 9월 21일 까지 주 3회, 운동프로그램의 진행은 전문가 2인과 임상 운동사 1인의 지도아래 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 12.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차와 One Way Repeated Measure ANOVA로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로써 12주간의 교육 및 운동으로 구성된 운동프로그램은 폐경기 여성의 불안과 스트레스를 완화시키고, 삶의 질과 기분상태를 향상시켰다. 대사성증후군 관련 위험요인으로 이완기 혈압과 허리-둔부 둘레 비 감소, Triglyceride 감소, HDL-Cholesterol 증가시켰고, LDH, 체지방율 및 혈관 탄성도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 중재로 검증되었다.

This study is an experimental study with repeated measurements on single group in order to examine the effects on the risk factors related to the psychological change and cardiovascular diseases of women undergoing menopause. Data collection was conducted from June 25 to September 21, 2007. The program is composed of two stages that run three times a week from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It was conducted by two specialists and one clinical exercise trainer. In order to examine the effects, before the exercise program begins, psychological variables and epinephrine, norepinephrine, metabolic syndromes risk factors, total cholesterol, LDH, body fat, PWV(Pulse Wave Velocity) were measured three times after the first stage. The second stage was conducted and the collected data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-Way Repeated measure ANOVA by using SPSS/Win 12.0. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The 12-week physical exercise program significantly reduced the anxiety(F=9.240, p=.000) and stress(F=7.451, p=.000) of women in menopause and enhanced their quality of life(F=4.577, p=.014) and mood state(F=9.257, p=.000). However, no statistically significant difference was made with regards to depression. 2. The 12-week physical exercise program significantly reduction in the diastolic blood pressure (F=8.335, p=.001), enhanced Waist Hip Ratio(F=22.528, p=.000), lowered triglyceride(F=8.994, p=.000) and enhanced their HDL-cholesterol(F=191.041, p=.000), lowered LDH of the women in menopause but made no statistically significant difference with regards to total cholesterol. 3. The 12-week physical exercise program significantly reduced the women s body fat composition(F=3.622, p=.033). With regards to vascular elasticity, it significantly reduced right hand PWV(F=3.622, p=.033) but made no difference with the left hand, left foot and right foot.
