측정척도가 혼합된 문진 데이터를 이용한 사상체질판별함수의 안정화

Stabilization of Sasang Constitution Discrimination Function using Check List Data with Mixed Measurement Scale

본 연구에서는 사상체질진단의사가 사상체질을 진단할 때 사용하는 문진표의 측정척도가 혼합되어 있을 경우에 문진 데이터를 이용하여 구한 사상체질판별함수를 안정화시키는 방법을 다루고 있다. 의사용 사상체질진단지에서 사상체질을 판별하는데 사용되는 항목은 88개이고, 이들은 체형기상, 용모사기, 성질재간, 병증약리의 4가지 범주로 나뉘어져 있다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 9개 한의과대학의 부속한방병원에서 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 체질이 확인된 사람 중에서 88개 항목에 결측값이 한 개도 없는 여자로서 나이가 33-64세이고 BMI가 정상인 615명의 문진 데이터를 대상으로 하고 있다. 그리고 모든 사람은 태양, 소양, 태음, 소음의 4가지 체질 중에서 한 개의 체질에 속한다. 본 연구에서는 의사용 사상체질진단 문진 데이터에 대하여 판별분석모형을 이용하고 사상체질판별함수를 안정화시키기 위하여 4가지 범주별로 각각의 판별함수를 구하고 이들을 통합하여 전체 판별함수를 구하는 방법을 다루고 있다.

In Sasang constitutional medicine of oriental medicine, physician use the check list to make a diagnosis of Sasang constitution of patients, and statisticians use the check list data to seek the classification function into Sasang constitution of patients. In this study, we consider the methods of stabilizing the Sasang constitution discriminant function based on the check list data of which measurement scale are mixed. In check list for doctors, 88 items are used for Sasang constitution discrimination function, and they are divided into four categories, i.e. body type, external appearance, mental characteristics, physiologic and pathologic symptoms. Data used in this study are the check list data of 615 female patients who are aged 33-64 and ranged normal BMI. And Sasang constitution had been confirmed in nine oriental medical hospital, and 615 useful data have no missing value in 88 items. All of 615 patients belong to one of four cases of Sasang constitution, i.e. Taeyang, Soyang, Taeeum, Soeum. In order to stabilize the Sasang constitution discriminant function, we use the results of discriminant analysis model based on the check list for doctors, and the discriminant functions of four categories are obtained, and they are mixed for the total discriminant function.
