Comparative Studies of the Reliability Estimation for a Standby System with Rayleigh Lifetime under Switch Prior Distribution

We shall propose maximum likelihood, Bayesian and generalized maximum likelihood estimation for reliability of the two-unit hot standby system with Rayleigh lifetime under switch prior distribution. Each estimation will be compared numerically in the terms of various mission times, parameter values in the sense of asymptotic relative efficiency through Monte Carlo simulation.
