의사결정나무분석을 이용한 비만관련 요인분석

Analysis of Corpulence Factors using Decision Tree Analysis

본 연구는 우리나라 성인여성 595명을 대상으로 비만관련 요인들의 차이를 알아보고 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관련성을 살펴봄으로써 좀 더 정확한 비만 진단 기준이 될 수 있는 비만예측모형을 제시하여 앞으로 비만예방을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 체성분분석기 3.0을 이용하여 정상인군과 비만인군으로 나누어 두 집단간의 차이 비교와 비만에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들을 추출 및 영향력을 비교하기 위하여 의사결정나무분석(decision tree)을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 일반적특성 요인에서는 학력, 유전, 음주, 생리형태, 생활습관 요인에서는 TV시청, 컴퓨터에서 보내는 시간, 수면시간, 취미활동, 낮잠시간, 쇼핑횟수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 운동습관 요인에서는 신체활동, 운동횟수, 운동시간, 식생활습관 요인에서는 일정한 식사, 소요시간, 아침식사횟수, 자극적인 맛, 인스턴트에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 의사결정나무분석을 이용한 성인여성들의 비만에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로는 학력을 들 수 있고, 취미 활동, 자극적인 맛, 잠자는 시간, 낮잠시간 등이 관련 요인으로 파악되었으며, 비만의 예측 모형을 ROC curve로 분류 기준값을 선택한 결과 C=0.845로 높은 설명력을 나타냈다.

This research aims to provide basic data for preventing corpulence in the future by presenting a corpulence prediction model being a more exact criterion for corpulence diagnosis through taking a look at the difference in corpulence factors for 595 Korean adult women and through examining relationships between influence factors.This research has obtained the following results using decision tree analysis in order to compare the difference between two groups by dividing them into normal groups and corpulent groups using Somatic Component Analyser 3.0, to extract significant factors affecting corpulence, and to compare the influences. General characteristics showed a significant difference in academic backgrounds, heredity, drinking and physiological type, and food life habits showed a significant difference in constant eating, consumed time, morning eating frequency, pungent tastes and instant food. Life habit factors showed a significant difference in TV watching, time spent on the computer, sleeping time, hobby activities, napping time and shopping frequency, and exercise habits showed a significant difference in somatic activities, exercise frequency and exercise time. And, a significant factor affecting adult women s corpulence using the decision tree analysis is academic backgrounds, and related factors are hobby activities, pungent tastes, sleeping time, napping time, etc., and the result of selecting classification reference values with ROC curves for the predicted corpulence models shows high value of C=0.845.
