Jeonju International Film Festival Customer Satisfaction Survey - A Usage Possibility on Six Sigma Scale

지방자치제 실시이후 각 자치단체별로 경쟁적으로 지역축제를 발굴·개최하고 있는 바, 전주시에서도 2000년부터‘전주국제영화제(Jeonju International Film Festival) 를 개최하여 2006년 현재 제7회를 맞고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국문화관광정책연구원에서 개발한 국제영화제 평가를 위한 평가틀을 전주국제영화제에 맞게 수정·보완하여, 전주국제영화제를 객관적으로 평가해 봄으로써, 향후 전주국제영화제가 보다 발전적인 영화제로 발돋움하는데 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공함과 동시에, 만족도 평가를 위한 6시그마 척도의 이용 가능성에 대해서 확인해 본다.

After 1990 s, each local government in korea has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals. Also Jeonju city has held Jeonju International Film Festival since 2000. Thus at 2006, the JIFF is being opened seventh.This paper objectively appraised to JIFF customer satisfaction survey using the rating scale which was developed form Korea Culture & Tourism Institute. And, from now on, we hope that the results are used for JIFF policy establishment. Also we convince the usage possibility on six sigma scale for customer satisfaction survey.
