수산기업의 부실원인에 관한 연구

The Cause of Distressed of the Korean Fishery Companies

본 연구는 수산기업의 부실화요인을 수산기업 종사자와 수산금융 종사자를 대상으로 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 수산기업에 3년이상 종사한 경영자와 중견간부이상 직원 129명과 수협중앙회 지역금융본부 수산정책자금 관련 과장과 수협단위조합의 금융과장 70명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 전체적으로 내부요인보다 외부요인이 부실에 큰 영향을 미친다고 생각하고 있으며 수산기업 종사자가 수산금융 종사자들 보다 외부요인을 부실의 원인으로 지적하고 있다. 수산기업 종사자는 대외경제요인, 경기자금요인, 재무요인을 순으로 부실에 영향을 미친다고 생각하고 수산금융 종사자는 재무요인, 경기자금요인, 대외경제요인 순으로 부실에 큰 영향을 미친다고 생각하고 있다. 수산기업 종사자가 가장 부실요인으로 우려하는 항목은 유가 등 해외 원재료의 가격상승으로 나타나 최근 유가상승이 수산기업에 경영에 큰 부담이 되고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cause of distressed of the Korean fishery companies and then try to identify the gap between the industry sector and financial sector through survey method. Total 198 questionnaires were collected, which included 129 fishery industry and 70 financial industry related fishery industry. the following findings were drawn.In general, the external factors made much more important effect on the distressed then the internal factors. The fishery industry considered the international economic situation as the first important factor but the financial industry considered the internal financial status as the first important factor. Therefore, the financial considered the internal factors important than the industry.
