대응분석을 통한 부산국제영화제 이미지 평가에 관한 연구

Image Evaluation of Pusan International Film Festival Using Corresponding Analysis

본 연구의 목적은 영화제이미지와 인구통계적 변수간의 관계를 대응일치분석을 통해 참가자의 특성을 분석하며, 또한 영화제이미지가 참가자의 참가후 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 요인분석 결과 영화제이미지 요인은 편의성/문화성, 유희성, 교양성, 서비스성/운영적합성, 정보성의 5개 요인으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인과 인구통계적 특성과의 대응일치분석 결과, 20대는 유희성, 30대는 교양성 요인과 관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 영화제이미지 요인과 전반적 만족도, 추천의사, 재방문의사와의 회귀분석 결과는, 편의성/문화성 과 유희성 이 전반적 만족도에, 편의성/문화성 , 교양성 , 서비스성/운영적합성 은 추천의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the study was to examine the images of the Pusan International Film Festival(PIFF) as a leading festival. Twenty-four festival image items were factor analyzed resulting in five factors: convenience/culture, entertainment, education, service/operation, information. The correspondence analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between image factors and demographic variables. In addition, the multiple regression analysis was employed to examine the relationships between image factors and overall satisfaction, intention to recommendation.
