일부 농촌지역 중년여성의 폐경증상에 영향을 미치는 요인

The Influencing Factors on Menopausal Symptom of Middle-aged Women in Rural Area

본 연구는 일부 농촌 지역 중년여성의 폐경증상에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구대상자는 경남의 2개 농촌지역에 거주하는 중년여성 229명이었다. 연구결과 폐경증상의 신체적 영역에 영향을 미치는 변인은 질병여부( =.195)와 호르몬 치료 여부( =.193)이었다. 폐경증상의 정신적 영역에 영향을 미치는 변인은 식습관에서의 돼지고기를 먹을 때 겉이 바짝 구워질 때 먹는가?( =.178)와 절인 생선 섭취빈도( =.165)인 것으로 나타났다. 폐경증상의 성적 영역에 영향을 미치는 변인은 구운 돼지고기를 먹을 때 겉이 노랗게 변하면 먹는가 여부( =-.313)이었으며, 그 다음으로 폐경여부( =-.157), 콩의 섭취빈도( =.133), 호르몬 치료여부( =.126)이었다. 따라서 이러한 영향변인을 포함한 폐경증상관리 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to menopausal symptoms of middle-aged women in rural area. The study subjects included 229 women aged 40-64 years in Gyeong Nam Province. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 10.0. The results of this summarized as follows. Menopausal symptoms of physical area was influencing whether or not hormone treatment and disease. Menopausal symptoms of psychological area was roast pork and salt of a lot fish and menopausal symptoms of sexual area was roast pork, menstruation, soybeans intake and hormone treatment.
