Establishment of Indeterminate Range in Sasang Constitution Discrimination

본 연구에서는 환자용 사상체질진단설문지를 사용하여 사상체질판별함수를 개발하는 방법을 다루고 있다. 환자용 사상체질설문지는 총 234개 항목으로 구성되어 있으며, 그 중에서 사상체질을 판별하는데 사용되는 항목은 229개이고, 이들은 태양, 소양, 태음, 소음의 4가지 체질에 속하고, 각각 체형기상, 용모사기, 성질재간, 병증약리 등 4가지 범주로 나뉘어 있다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 9개 한의과대학의 부속한방병원에서 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 체질이 확인된 환자 2583명 중에서 229개 항목에 결측값이 한 개도 없는 2223명의 데이터를 대상으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환자용 사상체질설문지를 사용하여 사상체질을 판별할 때 진단정확률을 향상시키기 위하여, 사상체질의 결정유보구간을 설정하는 방법을 다루고 있다.

In this study, when a physician make a diagnosis of Sasang constitution of patients, the development methods of Sasang constitution discrimination function is considered by diagnostic questionnaire of Sasang constitutions for patients. Our Sasang constitutions questionnaire for patients 234 questionnaires totally and 229 items of them are used for Sasang constitution discrimination function, and they belong to one of four cases of Sasang constitution and they are divided into four category. Data used in the analysis are the checking data of 2583 patients who Sasang constitution had been confirmed in nine oriental medical hospital, and 2223 useful data of them have no missing value in 229 items. In order to improve the diagnosis accuracy of discrimination function into Sasang constitution using questionnaire for patients, we make the establishment of indeterminate range in Sasang constitution discrimination.
