부산 도심관광 활성화 정책에 관한 연구

A Study on the CBD Tourism Activation Policies of Busan

도심지역은 해당 국가와 도시의 생생한 모습을 나타내기 때문에 많은 관광객들은 도심을 방문하고자 한다. 이러한 이유 때문에 관광객의 유인과 더불어 지역경제의 활성화를 위해 도심의 활력을 유지하려고 많은 노력을 경주하기도 한다. 본 연구는 부산의 남포동과 광복동을 중심으로 하는 도심관광활성화를 위한 정책적 대안을 도출하기 위해 현황분석, 입지상분석, 기존 정책분석 등을 시도하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상권에 대한 소비자 가치증대. 둘째, 명품거리의 조성. 셋째, 보행우선지구 지정. 넷째, 재래시장 활성화 및 주차장 확보. 마지막으로 관광루트의 개발 등이다. 그러나 무엇보다도 활성화사업의 성공적 추진을 위해서는 주민참여와 더불어 관계 기관의 확실한 정책추진 의사가 확보되어야 만 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

The CBD represents the city s actuality, so that, most of tourists want to visit the CBD to enjoy the circumstances. Sometimes, the local government tries to keep vivid CBD for the regional economics and alluring tourists. This paper tried to invent some policies for CBD tourism activation in Busan. And the results of this paper are summarized as follows. First, enlargement of consumer s value. Second, making of masterpiece street. Third, appointment of pedestrian first street. Fourth, acquirement of parking lots. Fifth, making of new tourism routes. But, the more important things than above results are that residents participation, and related authorities propelling wills to accomplish for the activation.
