탐색적 방법을 통한 건강, 행복, 평화 척도(HSP-Q)의 개발

Development of a Quotient for Health, Happiness, and Peace(HSP-Q) with Exploratory Method

건강, 행복, 평화를 포괄적이면서 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하였다. 건강척도는 세계보건기구(WHO)의 정의에 충실하도록 하였고, 행복척도는 주관적인 웰빙의 개념을 누구나 쉽게 측정할 수 있도록 기존의 행복척도와 동일한 개념을 측정하면서 독창적이도록 구성하였다. 평화척도는 상생과 조화의 원리에 입각한 공익성, 인간 거래방식의 정직성, 인간관계에 있어서의 수용성을 나타내는 요인으로 구성하였다. 건강, 행복, 평화 척도 개발연구를 위하여 200명을 대상으로 한 예비조사와 2300명을 대상으로 한 본조사를 실시하였으며 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 분석을 통하여 건강, 행복, 평화 척도를 개발하여 HSP-Q(Health, Smile, and Peace Quotient)로 명명하였고 HSP-Q 척도의 값을 효과적으로 표현하기 위한 별-그림을 제시하였다.

A scale is developed to inclusively and easily measure subjective health, happiness, and peace. Health scale is developed by faithfully following World Health Organization s definition on health. Happiness scale is developed independently to measure subjective well-being easily and detect the same concept on happiness measured by existing happiness scales such as SWLS and HQ. Peace scale is developed to represent public benefit, honesty in business relations, receptiveness in human relations based on the principles of win-win and harmony. A pilot study with 200 sample subjects and a main study with 2300 sample subjects are conducted to develop health, happiness, and peace scale. A scale on health, happiness, and peace are developed by applying factor analysis, reliability analysis, and validity analysis, and named HSP-Q(Health, Smile, and Peace Quotient). Finally, modified star-plot is presented to display it s structural characteristics.
