동의대학교 진로개발지원 시스템 구축을 위한 학생 인식 및 수요 조사연구

A Survey for Career Development Support System of Dong-Eui University

본 연구는 동의대학교 학생들의 입학에서부터 졸업에 이르기까지 체계적인 진로개발지원을 해 줄 수 있는 진로개발지원시스템을 구축하기 위하여 현재 동의대내의 진로개발지원실태와 학생들의 인식과 수요 등의 실태에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 조사 결과에 의하면 기능과 위상이 강화된 진로개발지원센터의 구축이 절실히 필요하고 전문성을 갖춘 인력들을 확보하여 체계적인 시스템의 구축하여 운영하는 일이 시급하며 센터에 대한 적극적인 홍보를 통해 학내외에 동의대학교가 학생들의 체계적인 관리와 지원에 역점을 두고 있음을 알려야 할 필요가 있다고 판단되었다.

This study was to establish the systematic Career Development Support System which can encourage students to have clear vision of their specific future career development. To do this, a questionnaire was developed on students needs about their career development and preparing process and student s level of understanding. It was administered to 1590 students at Dong-Eui University. It was suggested that the campus human resource development Center needs to be established with more strengthened functions and empowerment; professional career counseling staffs need to be secured for helping students have thoughtful career planning and development; and more systematic management and support for students career planning and development needs to be strengthened through active publicity.
