협력적 필터링에서 개선 알고리즘을 이용한 Top-N 순위에 관한 연구

A Study on the Top-N Using the Improved Algorithm in the Collaborative Filtering

본 연구는 협력적 필터링 추천시스템에서 근접 이웃 알고리즘과 대응 평균 알고리즘을 이용한 예측의 정확성을 비교하고 생성된 예측치를 이용하여 Top-N 추천목록을 작성하였다. 작성된 추천목록과 실제 목록의 평가치를 이용한 순위를 이용하여 MAE의 평균순위를 비교하였다. 분석에 이용된 dataset은 MovieLens 100K dataset을 training dataset과 test dataset을 각각 약 80%와 20%로 나눈 3개의 dataset을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 대응 평균 알고리즘의 예측력이 기존의 근접 이웃 알고리즘보다 우수하였으며 Top-N 추천목록의 정확도인 순위적합은 개선 알고리즘에서 생성된 예측치를 이용한 결과가 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

This research compares the precision of the prediction algorithm, which are the nearest neighbor algorithm and correspondence mean algorithm, and the rank fitting of the Top-N recommended list, which uses the prediction value by each algorithm. the dataset used in this analysis is the MovieLens 100K dataset and we generate 3 datasets from which are divided 80% of the training dataset and 20% of the test dataset. the result of the precision of the prediction algorithm, the correspondence mean algorithm is superior than the nearest neighbor algorithm and the rank fitting of the Top-N recommended lists, which using the prediction value of the each algorithm, are good to using correspondence mean algorithm.
