IPA 분석통한 농촌관광 매력속성 평가분석

An Importance-Performance Analysis of Attractiveness Attributes Assessment for Rural Tourism

본 연구는 농촌관광목적지 매력을 파악하기 위하여 IP분석을 통하여 관광목적지 매력속성에 대한 사전중요도와 사후 성취도에 대해 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 조사대상자는 303명의 농촌관광객을 대상으로 방문 후 마을을 떠나기 전 조사가 진행되었다. 분석결과 농촌관광매력 속성에서 유지 1사분면에서는 4개의 속성이 도출되었고, 2사분면에서는 8개의 속성, 3사분면에서는 3개 속성, 4사분면에서는 5개의 속성이 조사되었다. 향후연구에서는 연구방법에 대한 한계점을 보완하여 보다나은 연구방법으로 결과를 도출하여 정책제안적인 연구결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 정책추진방향에 시사점을 제시할 것으로 보인다.

The paper examines Tourism destination in attractiveness attributes about Rural village, The attributes were investigated using the IPA using a sample of 303, Rural visitors were required to rate attractiveness attributes before leave at the village.The results indicate that those who were visited Rural Tourism village destination choice quadrantⅠ(Keep it up) 4 attributes, quadrantⅡ(Concentration), 8 attributes, quadrant Ⅲ(Low priority) 3 attributes, quadrantⅣ(Possible overkill) 5 attributes, To develop the law attributes, Rural Tourism maintain a good focus on all important tourists expectations and find out the solutions for the success. This paper concluded with implications for the attractiveness in Tourism destination and a brief outlook for future research.
