이산 다변량 분석을 이용한 한방 진단 프로그램 개발 연구

A Study on Diagnostic Program in Oriental Medicine Using Discrete Multivariate Analysis

본 연구에서는 이산 다변량 분석을 이용하여 한방 진단 프로그램을 개발한다. 한의학 이론에 근거하여 작성된 변증 유형별 객관식 설문 문항의 응답 결과에 대한 신뢰도를 검토하고, 타당한 설문 문항을 선택하기 위하여 크론박 계수 알파를 이용한다. 선택된 문항에 대한 응답 결과를 근거로 환자의 변증 유형별 점수를 산출하기 위하여 주성분분석을 이용하고, 고려된 변증 유형 중에서 각 환자가 어떤 변증에서 더욱 심각한지를 상호 비교하기 위하여 변증지수를 산출한다. 그리고 환자의 변증지수를 시각화함으로서 진단 의사가 환자를 진단하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용하기 위하여 Visual Basic을 이용한 한방 진단 프로그램을 구현한다.

In this study, we consider the diagnosis program in Oriental Medicine using discrete multivariate analysis methods. Based on Oriental Medicine theory, we make up Questionnaire and their reliabilities are tested using Cronbach coefficient alpha. And also, principal component analysis are used in evaluating the score for the nature of a disease, and in order to make a diagnosis of the condition of a patient, we compute the corrected normal scores. Then, the diagnosis programs in Oriental Medicine are made up using Visual Basic and the results of analysis are represented by the chart.
