대학입시 평가를 위한 통계적 분석방법

Statistical Methods for Admission Evaluation

본 연구에서는 저자가 소속되어 있는 대학에서의 입시평가를 위한 통계적 분석방법을 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과가 입시분석에 관심이 있는 여러 대학에 작게나마 도움이 되었으면 한다. 본 연구에서 분석대상은 호서대학교 1997, 98, 99년도 입학생의 입학전형자료와 1997, 98년도 입학생의 평균평점(GPA) 자료 및 93년 고려대학교 5차 모의고사 자료이다.

In this study, we present statistical methods for Admission Evaluation at Hoseo University. This study is aimed at giving help to interested universities in statistical aspects of admission evaluation. The first topic is on the item difficulty and discriminating power based on classical testing theory. The second topic is on the general statistical analysis of admission data. Third topic is on the predictive validity of admission indices referenced by the first-year GPA(grade point average).
