Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Using Ranked Ordering-Set Sampling

The method of Ranked Ordering-Set Sampling(ROSS) as an opposed Ranked-Set Sampling(RSS) is discussed. We propose the test statistic using Wilcoxon signed rank test on ROSS. This method is useful when observations are expensive and measurement is perhaps destructive or invasive. The ROSS method uses more informations than RSS, so is effective. The asymptotic relative efficiency of ROSS with respect to RSS is always greater than 1 for underlying distributions.
