A Study on The Necessity And Construction of A Statistical Server in Information System

본 논문에서는 급변하는 주위상황에 빠르게 대처해야하는 기업이나 단체들에게 많은 자료와 정보를 정확하게 분석하여 신속한 판단을 하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로 통계서버를 구축한 정보 시스템을 활용할 것을 제안하고 그 구축방안을 제시한다. 논문 전반부에서는 정보시스템에 통계서버를 구축해야할 필요성과 구축되는 통계서버가 가져야할 기능과 함께 정보네트워크의 구성 방안을 제시한다. 후반부에서는 통계서버를 구축하기 위한 도구로 사용할 수 있는 SAS 시스템과 StatServer 패키지를 이용하여 실제 통계서버를 구축하여 보고 이들을 비교 평가한다.

In this paper, we suggested to companies and enterprises applying the information system, in which a statistical server is constructed, for the precise analysis of data and information and quick decisions. First, we argue that it is necessary to construct a statistical server on information system. Next, we propose the function and ability of statistical server and the plan of constructing the information network with statistical server. Finally, the practical construction plans are explained with the SAS system and StatServer package and compare them.
