SPC를 이용한 조사연구 관리 방안

A Suggestion on Survey Research Control using SPC

오늘날 정치·사회·마케팅분야에서 활용도가 높은 조사연구의 경우, 소비자가 요구하는 조사의 질적 확보를 이루기 위하여 조사과정에 대한 관리가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 조사연구분야에서 조사과정에 대한 관리방안으로 품질관리분야에서 이용되는 SPC(statistical process control)를 활용하는 과정 및 관리도(control chart) 활용방안에 대해서 알아보았다.

Quality is important to any organization which produces a product or service for consumption by its customers. It is true in survey research field. Thus, in this paper, we discuss how control chart can be used in the field of survey research to assist in improving data quality and interviewer productivity. Also we suggest the usage of c-chart for quality improvement.
