이면교배에서의 균형직교 블록계획

Balanced and Orthogonal Block Designs for Diallel Cross

일반적으로 완전이면교배계획에 관한 연구는 이면교배 모형에 일반조합능력(general combining abilities)효과만을 포함하는 경우였다. 본 연구에서는 일반조합능력 효과와 특수조합능력(specific combining abilities) 효과가 이면교배모형에 모두 포함되어 있을 때 균형 불완비 블록계획과 균형 n - ary계획을 사용하여 균형직교 블록 완전이면교배계획을 구성하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 gca 효과간의 차이를 추정하는데 있어서 이들 계획의 효율성을 연구하고자 한다.

In this paper, balanced and orthogonal block designs for diallel crosses are proposed when the specific combining abilities are included in the model. These block designs are constructed by using balanced n-ary designs through balanced incomplete block designs. Also, the efficiencies of these block designs for estimating general combining abilities are given.
