Sign Test For Median Ranked Ordering-Set Sample Under Perfect Judgements

The method of median ranked ordering-set sample(ROSS(m)) as opposed to ranked ordering-set sample(ROSS) and ranked set sample(RSS) is discussed when perfect judgement is performed. The proposed sampling method is effective when observations are expensive and measurement is perhaps destructive or invasive. We consider the case that sample size is odd. This method obtains slightly more informations than ROSS and RSS methods. We show that the asymptotic relative efficiencies of ROSS(m) with respect to ROSS and RSS are always greater than 1.
