예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감이 학과만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감이 학과만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 C도와 J도에 소재한 3년제와 4년제 대학교의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 학생 335명 이었다. ‘자아탄력성’, ‘진로결정자기효능감’, ‘학과만족도’ 검사도구를 통해 연구자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 학과만족도와 자아탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 학과만족도에 대한 자아탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감 간의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성보다는 진로결정자기효능감이 학과만족도를 예측하는 강력한 정적 예측변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 학과만족도와 자아탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 간의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 진로결정자기효능감 중 목표선택이 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 자아탄력성의 하위요인인 낙관적 태도로 나타났으며, 진로결정자기효능감 중 직업정보가 추가적으로 예비유아교사의 학과만족도를 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감, 학과만족도 간에는 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있고, 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감이 학과만족도를 높이는데 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다.

The objective of this study was to examine the effect of pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience and career decision-making self-efficacy on satisfaction with an academic department. Study subjects were 335 students who were majoring in early childhood education at 3- or 4-year universities in C-do and J-do. Data were collected through study tools of ego-resilience , career decision-making self-efficacy and satisfaction with an academic department , and collected data were verified through descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Study findings are as follows: First, there were significantly positive correlations among pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy and satisfaction with an academic department. Second, regarding the relative effect of pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience and career decision-making self-efficacy on satisfaction with an academic department, a more powerful positive predicting variable that predicting satisfaction with an academic department was not pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience but their career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, regarding the relative effect among the sub-variables of pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy and satisfaction with an academic department, goal selection, a sub-variable of career decision-making self-efficacy, was a most powerful predicting variable, and it was followed by an optimistic attitude, a sub-variable of ego-resilience. In addition, occupational information, a sub-variable of career decision-making self-efficacy, was another variable that predicting pre-service early childhood teacher s satisfaction with an academic department. Study findings show the fact that there are close relations among pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy and satisfaction with an academic department, and pre-service early childhood teacher s ego-resilience and career decision-making self-efficacy have significant effect on the increase of satisfaction with an academic department.
