데이터마이닝에서의 분류방법에 관한 연구

A Study on Classification Methods in Data Mining

데이터마이닝은 데이터로부터 다양한 형태의 유용한 정보를 추출하기 위하여 모델링 방법을 적용하거나, 관측된 패턴의 유용성을 판단하고 수많은 데이터 속에 포함되어 있는 데이터간의 의미 있는 상관관계, 패턴, 경향, 그리고 규칙 등을 찾아내어 모형화함으로써 유용한 지식을 추구하는 일련의 과정으로 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 금융기관에서 부각되고 있는 데이터마이닝에 대한 기본적인 개요에 대하여 설명하고 생명보험회사의 고객이탈 모형분석에 대한 방법의 사례를 보이고 평가를 통하여 모형의 검증을 시도한다.

Data mining is the process that apply a modeling method for sampling useful information of various types, estimate values of a pattern observed and persue useful information by modeling from correlation, pattern, trend and rules among meta data. In this paper, we use general multivariate analysis methods and data-mining analysis methods. And also, we show the case of methods that analyze a model of defection customers from a life-insurance company and verify the model through estimation.
