Row-Column Designs for Comparing Test Inbred Lines with a Control in Diallel Crosses

실험계획에서 두 개의 무관심(nuisance) 변동이 존재할 때 통제처리와 비교처리를 비교하기 위한 계획은 철저히 연구되고 있다. 그러나 이면교배에서 두 개의 무관심 변동을 통제하면서 통제와 비교 근교계통간의 비교를 위한 계획은 아직까지 연구되지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 두 개의 무관심 변동을 통제하면서 통제-비교 근교계통간의 일반조합능력(general combining abilities)효과를 비교할 수 있는 행-열 계획을 제시하고자 한다.

Designs for comparing control versus test treatments when there are two sources of nuisance variability in experimental design have been extensively investigated. However, row-column designs for diallel crosses have not been so far studied in the literature. In this paper, we provide row-column designs for comparing general combining abilities of control versus test inbred lines.
