Bayesian Reliability Estimation for Standby System Composed of the One and Series Unit with Imperfect Switch

In this paper, we shall propose some Bayesian estimators under the uniform, the gamma and the truncated gamma prior distribution for the reliability of the one and series unit standby system with imperfect switch. In addition to Bayesian estimators some generalized maximum likelihood estimators will be proposed and compared the MSE s of the proposed Bayesian estimators and generalized MLE s in terms of various mission times and parameter values.
