전이행렬을 이용한 고용동향 분석

Analysis of Employment Trends using Transfer Matrix

매월 발표되는 통계청의 고용동향 분석에서 실업률은 경제지표로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 실업률의 구성비율이나 발생 원천, 재취업 경로와 비경제 인구의 흐름에 대한 고용동향 순환도에 대한 정보는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계청에서 제공하는 2002년 경제활동인구를 대상으로 수정된 체르노프 얼굴과 마르코프 모형을 활용하여 종단적, 다각적, 시각적인 고용동향 순환도를 보완적 자료로 제공하고자 한다.

In analysis of an employment trend monthly published in the Bureau of Statistics, unemployment rate is very important as an economic indicator. But, information for a circulation of employment trend for a constituent rate of unemployment, the birthplace, and reemployment path is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we supply a circulation of longitudinal, many-sided and visual employment trend as a complementary data. For this, we use modified Chernoff face and Markov model.
