두 그룹간 교배를 갖는 이면교배에서 통제-비교 근교계통의 비교를 위한 블록계획

Block Designs for Comparing Control versus Test Inbred Lines in Diallel Cross with Crosses Between Two Groups

이면교배 실험은 식물 육종에서 근교계통의 유전적 특성을 평가하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 두 그룹간 교배만을 갖는 이면교배에서 통제와 비교 근교계통을 비교하기 위한 블록계획을 제시한다. 블록계획은 균형 블록계획에 의해서 구성되며 통제와 비교 근교계통의 비교를 위한 계획의 효율성을 제시한다.

Diallel cross experiments play an important role in evaluating genetic property of inbred lines in plant breeding. In this paper, block designs for control versus test inbred lines comparisons in diallel cross with crosses between two groups are proposed. These block designs are constructed by using balanced block designs. Also, We propose the efficiencies of the diallel cross block designs obtained through this method.
