개업 한의원에서의 소아 환자 실태 조사

A study of on the Present status of Pediatric patients in Oriental medicine clinic

본 논문은 한방소아과학의 교과과정을 향상시키고, 한방소아과의 진료수준을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 설계되었으며, 2004년 1월 31일 현재 부산시내에 개업 중인 한의원 696개소에 설문지를 발송하여 회수된 208부의 설문결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 설문은 동의소아과학의 내용을 토대로 하고, 선행의 연구결과를 참조하여 작성하였고, 주된 내용, 14세 미만의 내원환자의 1일 내원 수, 주된 질환 및 주소증, 소아환자 진료만를 위한 약재의 구비 및 침법 시행여부, 향후 특화 계획, 한방소아과학 교과과정 향상을 위한 제언 등이다.

This study was planned to investigate the present status of pediatric patients in oriental medicine clinic. Data used in analysis are the questionnaires of 208 clinics, and the questionnaires were made up the number of pediatric patients in a day, chief complaints and main diseases, any kind of acupuncture methods and herbal medicines for pediatric patients, and advices for improvement of a course of oriental pediatrics study and therapy.
