간호학 연구에서 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 자료의 통계적 고찰

A Review on the Statistical Method for Quasi-experimental Data of Nonequivalence Control Group Design in Nursing Research

최근 다양한 연구 분야에서 연구 결과에 대한 통계적 검증과정은 필수적으로 요구되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 통계 비전문가들에 있어서 정확한 통계분석방법의 적용은 어렵고, 특히 연구 목적에 적합한 분석방법을 선택한다는 것은 더욱 어려운 작업이다. 많은 연구자들은 통계적 방법의 적합성보다는 지금까지의 관례에 의해 또는 자신이 알고 있는 수준에서 통계적 방법을 선택하는 경우가 많다. 정확한 통계분석방법의 선택으로 인해 연구결과의 정확성을 증명할 수 있다는 것은 당연한 사실이다. 본 연구는 간호학 연구에서 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구에서 사용되고 있는 통계분석방법의 잘못된 적용에 대해 실제 예제를 통해 설명하고, 이에 적합한 방법을 소개하고자 한다.주요용어 : 간호학 연구, 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계, 유사실험 연구.

Recently, statistical test of results is required in various research fields. However it is very difficult that non-statisticians exactly understand statistical method, and suitably select statistical method. A lot of researchers have selected statistical method on the general custom or self-knowledge rather than appropriateness of methodology. It is consequent that the application of exact statistical method results in exact research results. This study describes wrong application of statistical method for quasi-experimental study data of nonequivalence control group design, and review on the applicable method in nursing research.
