월경량 측도의 개발에 관한 연구

A Study on Development for Measure of Menstrual Quantity

본 연구에서는 월경량의 정도를 묻는 설문 조사에서 문항들의 측정척도가 서로 다를 경우 이 문항들의 변수변환과 선형조합에 의하여 새로운 월경량 측도를 제안하고 있다. 연구의 대상이 되는 데이터는 가임기 여성 1226명의 설문응답이며, 새로운 월경량 측도를 생성하기 위하여 사용된 문항은 4개이다. 월경량의 이상 정도를 나타내는 측도를 산출하기 위한 변수선택 방법은 신뢰구간, 상관계수, 크론박 알파, 주성분분석, 인자분석을 이용하고 있다. 그리고 제안한 월경량 측도와 선택된 문항들 간의 일치성은 경험적 방법을 사용하여 입증하고 있다.

In this study, we propose a new measure of menstrual quantity by the transformation and linear combination of variables which are used in the questionnaires to measure some degree of the menstrual quantity. In this case, the targeted variables have a different of measurement scale. The questionnaires data of 1226 women are investigated and also 4 variables are used in generating the new measure of menstrual quantity. The adopted methods of variable selection are confidence interval, correlation coefficient, Cronbach s alpha coefficient, principal component analysis, factor analysis. Then empirical method are used to prove the degree of agreement between the proposed measure and the used questionnaires.
