명목형 다항반응 로지스틱회귀모형의 행렬도 분석

Biplot analysis of multinomial logistic regression models

범주형자료의 분석을 위한 통계적 기법으로 로그선형모형이나 로지스틱모형과 같은 모형을 이용한 분석기법과 행렬도와 같은 모형무관기법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 명목형 다항반응 로지스틱회귀모형의 차원축소된 공간인 차원에서의 표현과 이 모형이 적용될 수 있는 분할표자료에 대하여 행렬도를 이용하여 탐색적으로 분석이 가능함을 보이고 있다. 특히, 명목형 다항반응 로지스틱회귀모형에서의 설명변수와 반응변수간의 독립성을 행렬도를 활용하여 진단할 수 있음을 보였다. 즉, 모형무관기법의 행렬도를 통해 설명변수와 기준범주에 대한 다른 반응범주의 상대적 비율과의 대응관계가 나타나지 않을 경우 설명변수와 반응변수간의 독립성이 만족된다고 판단할 수 있으며 대응관계가 나타날 경우 이들 변수간의 독립성이 만족되지 않는다고 판단할 수 있다.

It is well known that there are two statistical techniques for the categorical data analysis. One is a technique using the model such as log-linear models or logistic models and the other is a model-free technique such as the biplot. In this paper, we show the -dimensional representation of multinominal logistic regression model and biplot analysis of this model.
